Can I change the address on an order I just placed?

We aim to get your orders sent out as quickly as possible, and therefore move all orders through to our processing & fulfillment center right away. This means we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. This includes but is not limited to: changing the shipping address, changing the color or flavor of an item in your order, changing the payment method etc. 

Can I cancel my order?

As stated above, once an order is placed it quickly goes to our fulfillment and shipping center. There is a very limited time after an order is placed where we are able to cancel an order.  In most cases we are not able to cancel 

The quickest way to get in touch with our Customer Service team is to call or chat with an agent. Our online hours are Mon - Fri: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (MDT)

If you leave a message or email during our offline hours, responses can take up to 1-2 business days.  During a sale or other high volume times, responses can be delayed even longer.
