Q: What is Mend Shipping Protection?

AMend provides our customers with protection against any losses incurred during the shipping process with any carrier.

This means that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, the customer will not be responsible for any financial losses. We will reship or refund the order (minus shipping charges & Mend). 

If a customer chooses to remove Mend Shipping Protection from their order, Bucked Up will not be responsible for replacing, refunding or reshipping the order if it is lost, stolen, damaged or misdelivered.

Q: How Do I track My Order

Q: Can I change the address on an order I just placed?

A: We work as quickly as possible to process orders for shipment, so there is a very limited         amount of time to make any edits. In most cases, we are unable to update a shipping address     once an order is placed.  


Q: How do I begin a return?

A: To initiate the return process, please reach out to us via email with your order number and the items you would like to return and we can assist you. Please refer to our return policy before reaching out if you have any questions or concerns. 


Q: How do I become a wholesale retailer?

Once the application has been completed and submitted, our Wholesale Team will be in touch with you within a few business days.

Q: Are your products vegan?

A: Some of our products are vegan and that information will be reflected on the label. 


Q: Return Policy

A: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

 Supplement Return Policy: 45 days from date of purchase and at least 1/2 of the product remaining

Apparel Return Policy: 45 days from the date of purchase & in clean, unworn & unwashed condition. If a product is received with any of these signs, a refund will not be given and we will not be able to send the item back to you.  We will issue store credit instead.

You are responsible for the postage to return the item(s) to us. If the package comes with postage due, the amount due will be subtracted from the amount of refund you are eligible for. Our return address is:
