How long should a refund take to show up in my account?
Typically, refunds can take 3-7 business days to be reflected in your account, which depends on your bank or card issuer.
My card keeps declining, how come?
An "AVS mismatch" occurs when the billing address provided during checkout does not match the billing address associated with your credit card company or card-issuing bank. The Address Verification Service is used to protect consumers against credit card fraud.
To resolve this issue be sure your billing address matches the one listed on your credit card or bank statement. If you have any additional questions regarding your billing information please follow up with your credit card issuer or bank.
NOTE: When you receive an AVS mismatch error, the card issuing bank or credit card company typically puts a hold on your card to cover the purchase amount of your order and holds the funds from your account temporarily. Your card was not charged. Your bank will return or release the funds within 2-3 business days. If you have questions about these charges, you may follow up with your bank.
I'm sure my billing information is correct, what now?!
If you're 100% sure the billing information is correct, your bank may be declining the transaction because it's being flagged after the initial declines. You'll have to call your bank and let them know this is a legitimate transaction before trying again.
Identify Card Type
A credit card Identification Number is an added safeguard for your credit card purchases. Depending on the type of credit card you use, it is the 3- or 4-digit number printed on the back or front of your credit card. For most online credit card purchases, this number is required for the transaction.
